01
Family care
Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on treating the body as a whole. Through precise techniques, osteopathy aims to restore balance, improve mobility, and alleviate pain by enhancing the body's natural healing processes. This therapeutic approach benefits patients of all ages and can be adapted to meet the specific needs of each stage of life.
02
Pediatric care
Osteopathy offers gentle and effective treatment for newborns, addressing the unique needs of infants in their earliest stages of life. The birthing process can put stress on a baby’s delicate body, leading to issues such as colic, reflux, sleep disturbances, and difficulties with feeding. Through soft and precise techniques, osteopathy aims to release tension, improve alignment, and support the natural development of the newborn’s musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
03
Child care
Osteopathy plays an essential role in supporting the health and development of children and adolescents, offering both preventive care and targeted treatment for a range of common issues. During these key stages of growth, children’s bodies undergo rapid changes, and osteopathy can help address postural issues, musculoskeletal pain, and conditions such as scoliosis— a spinal curvature that often develops during adolescence.
04
Pregnant women care
Osteopathy offers gentle, non-invasive care for expectant mothers, helping them navigate the physical changes and discomforts that often accompany pregnancy. As the body adapts to accommodate the growing baby, many women experience lower back pain, pelvic discomfort, swelling, and digestive issues. Osteopathy can provide relief by improving alignment, enhancing circulation, and reducing tension, allowing mothers-to-be to enjoy a more comfortable pregnancy.
05
Preventive care
Osteopathy is not only effective for treating existing conditions but also plays a crucial role in preventing future health issues. By focusing on balance, alignment, and optimal function of the body’s systems, osteopathy can help individuals maintain long-term wellness and avoid common musculoskeletal issues. Regular osteopathic care can be particularly beneficial for those with sedentary lifestyles, who perform repetitive physical tasks, or individuals prone to stress and tension.
06
Acute care
Osteopathy offers powerful relief for individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain, providing intensive care to alleviate discomfort, improve function, and support recovery. Whether dealing with sudden injuries, like sprains or strains, or managing long-term conditions, such as arthritis or persistent back pain, osteopathy addresses the root causes of pain through precise, targeted treatments. By realigning the body, reducing muscle tension, and enhancing joint mobility, osteopathy helps restore balance and function to areas in distress.
What makes us different

My story
The faces behind our exceptional care
I wanted to share a little bit of my story with you!
I am a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor and Osteopath with specializations in Orthopaedics and Spinal Treatment. I have a postgraduate degree in Sports Injuries and several courses in Manual Therapy such as: McKenzie, Mulligan Concepts, Myofascial Release, Graston Technique and Functional Training.
In Brazil, I have accumulated more than 20 years' experience and have successfully treated more than 15,000 patients (newborns, children, adults and the elderly). Cases of: headaches, migraine, herniated discs, sciatica, lumbago, cervicalgia, torticollis, nerve compression, scoliosis, stenosis, arthrosis, poor posture, tendonitis, bursitis, muscle injuries and post-surgical cases of the spine, knee, shoulder and hip.
Regarding Osteopathy, I'd like to explain that, for adults, as well as being a great treatment resource and one of the best techniques for preventing back pain, arthritis and other musculoskeletal problems, it is also used as an excellent technique for preventing body pain and injuries.
I'm passionate about Osteopathy and I'm suspicious because I've had three great examples of the benefits of this technique within my family.
The first was with my father, who had very severe cervicobrachialgia, to the point where he lost the strength in his hands and the feeling in his fingers. He had a headache and pain in his neck and arm. The pain was so bad that we couldn't find a comfortable position even for me to look after him. He also felt tingling and numbness all over his arm. He had already undergone drug treatment, massages and physiotherapy, but nothing helped. Fortunately, after the fourth session of osteopathy he began to progress well and after one month of treatment, with two sessions a week, he was cured.
The second case was with my wife Ana Paula. She had a severe sciatica attack for over two months. The pain started in her buttocks and went down her entire right leg. As soon as she sat down, the pain worsened and became unbearable. At first, the doctor suggested that she take the medication he recommended and rest, but the pain didn't go away. It was then that I decided to take charge of the treatment and use osteopathy combined with specific stretching and strengthening exercises and after 9 sessions she was finally cured.
That's why I always say to my patients, if you want to be able to enjoy your retirement, have a good time with your family, be independent and travel wherever you want, I always recommend 1 Osteopathy session a month. Take care of your joints and spine in the same way you take care of your home, your hair, your nails or your skin.
Osteopathy for newborns, in my opinion, is the best treatment you can offer your baby. As a great example, I always make a point of telling the story of my son who was born prematurely, at just 6 months gestation, weighing 1.6kg, had a generalized infection, spent 45 days in the hospital ICU, had colic, reflux, strabismus and great difficulty sleeping and breastfeeding, but thanks to Osteopathy, after 3 months of treatment, all this was resolved and today he is a perfect, healthy child with no sequelae or health problems.
As a health professional, I believe that overall health is only achieved by recognizing and addressing the needs of the whole body. This is also the philosophy behind osteopathic medicine - the whole body must work together for optimal health. If one part of the body is compromised by an injury, the rest of the body must adapt and compensate, eventually leading to inflammation, pain, stiffness and other health problems.
Osteopaths use non-invasive manual therapies that focus on achieving total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal structure, which includes the joints, muscles and spine, as well as the body's nervous, circulatory and lymphatic systems. It is through a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and with excellent palpation skills, that the osteopath is able to detect and treat all alterations and restrictions. It is a unique approach to manual therapy that aims to treat the cause of the symptom, rather than simply reducing it temporarily.

Reviews
What our patients say about us
"Dr. Giuliano has magical hands, is a true healer in every sense of the word. Adjustments to my spine were precise and exactly what I asked for.
He took care to find out about my past history and I could tell he was sincere and interested about my recent heart attack and concussion.
He is both strong and sensitive which makes for a perfect combination when caring for more elderly people like myself and newborns like my 12 day old granddaughter, Svea.
I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Thank you so much."

"I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Giuliano for my lower back pain postpartum and I couldn't be more impressed with both the quality of care and the overall experience. From our initial assessment, I felt at ease because of his warm and welcoming demeanor. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain each step of the treatment process.
His recommendations were highly effective, and the addition of osteopathy to my treatment plan was a game-changer. I noticed a significant reduction in tension and pain after just a few sessions. I would absolutely recommend him for any postpartum needs/concerns."
Ella Horsun
"Dr. Giuliano was fantastic! He was a wealth of knowledge about both breast and bottle feeding, providing me with tons of tips and tricks for success. I was able to get a comfortable latch for the first time today!
His approach was kind and efficient, without being forceful. He was patient and took extra time to talk me through all my concerns and questions. Her full body assessment of my baby was very helpful, providing me with peace of mind.
I will most definitely book follow-up appointments with him as needed.
Thank you Dr. Giuliano, for all your assistance."
